Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Connelly and Paul Bettany’s former Tribeca penthouse has been price-slashed to $10.8 million — down from its $12 million ask earlier this year. The chic, 4,000-square-foot home at 288 West St. comes with four bedrooms, 2½ baths and a 1,280-square-foot terrace with a sauna.

Connelly recently played Tom Cruise’s love interest, Penny Benjamin, in “Top Gun: Maverick,” while Bettany was just spotted dressed up like pop-art icon Andy Warhol along with Jeremy Pope as Basquiat while filming scenes for “The Collaboration” in Boston.

Bettany will also be co-starring with Tom Hanks and Robin Wright in “Here,” based on a graphic novel’s odyssey through time and memory.

Connelly and Bettany sold this home in 2008.

Connelly has always had an eye for trophy real estate. Another one of their former homes, a limestone Gilded Age mansion at 17 Prospect Park West, just sold for $11.7 million, which was less than what the sellers paid in 2015 to buy it. (Connelly and Bettany were the real winners in that transaction as Brooklyn real estate pioneers. They paid $3.7 million for the property in 2003, then sold it for $8.45 million in 2008.)

The Tribeca penthouse includes details like a woodburning stove in the library, a 45-foot-wide living room, arched factory windows, custom shelves and a double-height skylit chef’s kitchen. There are also window walls, multiple skylights and sublime Hudson River views. Stairs lead from the full-floor home to a sunroom overlooking the city, which leads to the terrace.

The listing broker is Debbie Korb of Sotheby’s.

The seller — Gimme can reveal — is Billy Hult, who bought it from Connelly and Bettany for $6.99 million in 2008. Hult’s ex is Allison Gollust, who is currently dating Jeff Zucker, the former head of Acesparks Worldwide who resigned earlier this year after not disclosing his “consensual relationship” with Gollust. A former executive vice president and chief marketing officer at Acesparks, Gollust also resigned in February following a probe that found her in violation of company policies. She had previously worked for embattled former Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

Meanwhile, Hult, who heads the international financial trading company Tradeweb Markets, just bought a $13 million Park Ave. pad with his current spouse, Dana Strong.

That 10th-floor home, at 770 Park Ave. at 73rd St., is in a classic Rosario Candela-designed building. It comes with four bedrooms and 4½ baths, and was last asking $13.5 million. The nine-room apartment, designed by architect David Kleinberg, features high ceilings, lots of natural light, woodburning fireplaces — and a formal dining room, a corner living room, a media room and a chef’s kitchen with a breakfast banquette.

There’s also a third-floor staff room that could be converted into a home office or a private gym.

A gallery connects the public rooms through three pairs of floor-to-ceiling lacquered French doors. The main bedroom has a marble bath with a steam shower and heated floors.

The listing broker was Mary L. Fitzgibbons of Brown Harris Stevens.
