WWE has been sued by Major League Wrestling for competitive exercise. The court made serious allegations against the Bauer wrestling giant. MLW claims that WWE has blocked a streaming deal that could be variable for MLW. WWE attorney Jerry McDevitt has now responded.
McDevitt had some quotes this week Wrestling Observer Newsletter about the trial. For a long time, a WWE legal representative said he had not considered the suit because it had not yet been submitted. According to McDevitt, MLW is going after the wrong party.

If Tubi is broken, take Tubi to court. As for the vice, WWE has no commercial relationship with them or with dozens of other content distributors, with whom MLW can negotiate if they have a commercially useful product. If after one of the Dark Side shows my memory fits me and I lose most of the audience, they put on a show for Vice. I think they had 40,000 spectators. Not surprisingly, the vice did not reach another agreement.
Bauer has issued a statement accusing WWE of misleading its competitors over the years. According to the MLW CEO, what WWE has done to its company is anti-competitive and unscrupulous. Time will tell whether his charges will remain in force in court.
