Wilder is about to beat Fury at Boxing News 24

By Alan Fox: Deontay Wilder is going to have another defeat from Tyson Fury on July 24, says super featherweight Chris Colbert.

According to Colbert, Wilder (42-1-1, 4 KO) does not have the boxing skills to defeat Fury, and has learned nothing from his defeat.

While Deontay has appointed a new coach in Malik Scott, this is a man he knocked out years ago in the first round. What can Scott teach Wilder when he did so poorly against him?

Colbert doesn’t see this fight as competitive at all. Fury is much better than Wilder, as they proved last time they fought each other.

Wilder doesn’t know how to accept his loss

“Rage is gonna beat on him. He can’t f*** with fury, Chris Colbert told ThaBoxingVoice in choosing Fury to defeat Wilder.

“How do you learn from someone you’ve rejected?” Colbert said of Wilder now being coached by one of his previous knockout victims, Malik Scott. clip of her [Deontay] Hitting the pad? Pads don’t hit back.

“I’m going to say too. The pads aren’t holding back. All look good on the pads. Tyson Fury is special. I don’t think no one is s**** with him. I like him to come in at about 300 lbs.” He does not know about. He does what he says.

“You have to listen to him. He told you he was going to stop Wilder. He beat his a**. Everyone wants to make excuses. In the first fight, I think he [Fury] Won too. Two knockdowns don’t make you a 12-round fight. Fury was on his a**.

“Whatever excuses he is making for the second fight, it is terrible,Colbert said of Deontay about making excuses for his loss.

“No,” said Colbert of him not believing there was anything wrong with Fury’s gloves. “Then it was, ‘He spilled his water.’ Come on brother. What are you going to put it in?

‘What did he put in his water? why would [ex-Wilder trainer] Mark Breeland Want to f*** up your paycheck? It doesn’t even seem accurate. You have to be an idiot to do that.

“You want to sabotage another black man. What did he put in his water? Cocaine? Tyson Fury put some in his glove and then his outfit. There are plenty of excuses,” he said.

“Does the outfit weigh more than it used to? Does the s*** weigh more than you? 20 pounds is going to make you so tired when you’re out there going to the ring? It should never have gotten off.”

“It’s your job. Who told you to do this? Tyson Fury didn’t tell you to do it.

“His team didn’t tell him to do it. He can’t whip his a** like a man. He doesn’t know how to take an L,” Colbert said of Wilder.

It has already been established that Wilder did not accept his defeat to Fury very well, offering a variety of excuses to try and explain his defeat.

But if Wilder is more prepared for a rematch because he believes he can win, then the excuse he came up with was beneficial.

In other words, Wilder didn’t lose his confidence because he saw the loss due to an outside factor.

Colbert: Fury made Deontay look like a sucker

I said I thought he lost the first fight,” Colbert said of Deontay. “Why is he mad at me? You need someone like me.

“I’m honest. You have to accept honesty and accept criticism. People don’t like that.

Deontay Wilder Tyson Fury

“I don’t care whether you’re going to talk to me or whether you’re going to respect me. I’m being honest. I don’t think he [Wilder] was winning the battle.

“that last one” [with Fury] was bad. Oh dear me. When Tyson Fury beat him this time, what are they going to say that he’s wearing his gloves this time?

“I’m trying to figure out what that [Malik Scott] going to teach him? He [Wilder] Where Malik Scott is a boxing genius.

“Why is he looking so terrible in his fights? He doesn’t look good in his fights. If you are a boxing genius, you have a mindset of what you can do.

“He wouldn’t have the mentality of what you can do. He went there with Wilder, and Wilder hit his glove, and he fell to the ground.

“Tyson Fury says, ‘I’m not worried about anything.’ He made Wilder look like a sucker,Colbert said.

Fury has been a bit silly with the way Wilder dominated him, knocking him down twice in their rematch in February 2020 last year. But that was a defeat, and Wilder may avenge the defeat when he is ready on July 24.

More than anything, Wilder must be prepared to deal with an aggressive fury because that’s likely how he’s going to fight. Fury will use the same game plan as in the second fight because it worked out so well.

Deonte blames his trainer for his defeat

“You turned your trainer into someone you f****ed out, and Tyson Fury beat him [Malik] By [in sparring], ” Colbert continued. Now what?

“You lost, so you changed trainers. Tyson Fury won [editor’s note: Fury fought Wilder to a draw in the first fight], and he changed his instructor because he felt he could learn something else.

“There’s always something more to learn that you can do. She [Fury] Didn’t lose He [Wilder] Lost.

“He got the s*** beat, and he changed trainers, and he blamed it on the trainer [Mark Breland] Because he lost.

“The trainer was saving his life. He broke his other eye. I am not biased. I don’t even know Breland. What am I biased about about that?

“It has nothing to do with me. He didn’t give me the money. I’m honest. Tyan Fury is just a better person. You have to take it and run with it.”

“He [Deontay] Should have fought someone else. He should have fought Joshua, and he would have had a better shot. Joshua also lost.

“Joshua is knocked out. They both got knocked out. he is [Wilder] Can’t seem to get his belt back.

“It’s not happening. I’ve been watching Fury all day. I’ve been there since the first fight, because skill-wise, I think Tyson Fury has got it.

“That could be the only way,” Colbert said, adding that the only way Wilder could win is if he held off Fury.

Wilder was upset with his trainer Mark Breeland to stop the fight in the seventh round as he wanted to set up Fury for a big right-hander. Breland, who stopped the fight, prevented Wilder from grabbing Fury with his right hand.

Danny Garcia says the third fight will be even

Regarding the Fury vs. Wilder III clash, Danny Garcia said, “I think it’s going to be round 12, and I think it’s going to be a close fight.”

Of Danny Garcia, Cobert said, “He’s just saying it because he’s an Al Heyman guy.”

“The first fight was a draw; It was a close fight,” said Danny when the first fight between Wilder and Fury ended in a draw.

“He [Deontay] Knocked him down twice. Other times, Fury was more mentally prepared than Wilder.

“Now I think he is [Wilder] Going to be more mentally prepared. So I think it will be an equal fight. It’s going to be Boxer vs Power.

“If you’re not mentally prepared for the fight, it doesn’t matter how hard you try.

“You’re not going to do well, and that’s what happened to him [Wilder].

“You can tell her” [Deontay] didn’t think it would be such an uphill fight as he was thinking about the first fight how easily he dropped him [Fury in the 12th], and he almost knocked her out.

“Yes, he lost in the second fight. Everyone knows he lost in the second fight.

“I think the third fight is going to be a more competitive fight. I think it’s going to be 12 rounds. It’s going to be 115-113. That type of score” said Danny.

“I know you thought he was” [Deontay] was going to win. He did not. He got murdered. Cemetery. You can’t s*** with that,” Colbert said.

Danny Garcia seems to have a more balanced approach than Colbert on the third Fury vs. Wilder clash.

What Danny says about Deontay’s surprise at the sudden change in fighting style for Fury in the rematch is accurate.

Not only did Fury suddenly transform himself into an aggressive fighter, but he also got into the 20 lbs heavy competition.

The extra weight helped Fury’s game because he could use it to take Wilder down and push him.
