Jeff Hardy was arrested for DUI once again, adding to a long list of similar instances. Sadly, Hardy doesn’t seem to have learned his lesson and he will see a judge once again.

Hardy was at a musical appearance at a Dave & Busters in Orlando just before his arrest. He had plenty of people around him who he could have asked for a ride, but that obviously didn’t happen.

According to records obtained by TMZ, Jeff Hardy is set to see a judge on June 14th. We can only hope that he is able to stay out of jail, but this is a concerning situation.

The records show he’s due in court Tuesday for a hearing on the matter.

Jeff Hardy could see jail time this time around, something he avoided in the past. Hardy has made a lot of money in pro wrestling, but nobody wants to spend their hard-earned money on legal bills. It appears that Jeff Hardy is set to do just that.

With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn’t mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC / DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
