Last year, Subsonic Eye released their third album, Nature Of Things. For Radar Sessions, Singapore’s indie rock band is stepping into a great open-air performance to present an acoustic performance of two cuts: “Fruitcake” and “Animism”. Watch their fantastic performance above.

Radar sessions are an art and a place to explore. This January, we will be contacting four Singaporean artists who will tell us how the country and its surroundings have given us information about their creative lives. Radar Sessions Subsonic Eye is a favorite for its enthusiastic live collections, offering a unique performance – special, refined, even a little surreal – that brings them back to what originally inspired the theme and sound of the recording: nature.

Subsonic Eye lead songwriters Nur Vahid and Daniel Borces will give another video for Radar Sessions this weekend detailing the creation of the song “Nature of Things” and how they came to explore and appreciate nature in Singapore . Watch this on Wednesday.

Subsonic Eye is the first of four Singaporean artists to participate in Radar Sessions. In the coming weeks, listen to rappers Fariz Jabba and THELIONCITYBOY, as well as future singer-songwriter Khalli, who will each perform for Radar Sessions and tell their stories. Follow the news, stay informed; Stay with us.

This part of Radar Sessions was produced with the support of the Singapore Tourism Council SG Stories Content Fund Season 2
