Lucy Dacus performed the cover of Regina Spector“Summer in the City” – you can watch it below.

Playing at the Vic Theater in Chicago on Monday night (October 11), Dacus, who is not his guitarist Jacob Blizard, performed several covers during his set when he passed a positive test for COVID. Bruce Springstin“Dancing in the Dark.”

Hot & Heavy singer Regina Spector has created a play called “Summer in the City”. Taken from Spector’s “Start Hope” album in 2006, Dakus performed the song live for the first time.

Elsewhere, during his set, Dakus was joined by Bartees Strange to play “Night Shift,” the main single from the “Historian” album. Below you can see a clip from their live team.

Dakus will embark on a tour of the UK and Europe next year and will start on March 18 at the Brudenell Social Club in Leeds before stopping in Glasgow, Dublin, Manchester and Bristol. The run will conclude on March 25, 2022 with a concert at the Kentish Town Forum in London.

Dakus will then travel to Europe for concerts in Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Austria and more. You can check out his 2022 travel calendar Here.

This past summer, Dacus and Julien Baker have added songs to the new extension set Sims 4, both written in Sims’ special Simlish language.

Both artists, who wrote for the Cottage Living extension, chose to replay tracks from their latest albums. Dakus settled down “Hot and heavy”, The lead single for the third studio album, Home Video. Baker, on the other hand, left the 2021 “Little Forgets” movement with the “Doctor of Faith”.
