Wardlow became the subject of rumors as he prepared for a game with CM Punk on yesterday’s AEW Dynamite show. Mr Mayhem was in the headlines when news broke that WWE would be interested in signing him after his contract with Tony Khan expired. Almost at the time, an interview with Wardlow showed that he wanted to stay with the AEW.

PW Insider recently met with Wardlow. The rising star spoke openly about her status in the AEW and what the future of her struggle might look like. Wardlow said he is happy to be where he is for now.

“AEW has made my lifelong dream come true. Tony Khan gave it to me, Cody Rods, The Young Bucks, Kenny Omega, they gave it to me. There’s a table on how to treat people.

I am very happy and on the other hand I think there is nothing to convince me that the grass is greener. I am very happy with how AEW treats me and how the whole company manages.

Wardlow is looking forward to a terrible year in 2022. Apparently, his split with the long-awaited MJF is coming very soon. Wardlow will be very popular with AEW fans in the near future. If he has a way, he will stay that way for a long time.

What do you think of Wardlow’s game with CM Punk? Let us know in the comments!
