WWE raised many eyebrows when it became known that Gunter Stark had received the copyright. This was because of the name’s connection with someone who had actually served on one of Hitler’s U-boats. Apparently, this does not preclude the use of the WWE name. Now WALTER has a new name

WALTER defeated Roderick Strong in the main event of NXT 2.0 this week. After the game, Walter snatched the microphone from the ring announcer’s hand and made it clear that his name was Gunther.

This was followed by a blow to the Imperium diamond mine. Apparently, WALTER has a new name. Interestingly, they didn’t remove his last name, but it looks like Gunther Walter’s new name in NXT.
