Vince Russo will decline the WWE Hall of Fame invitation

WWE has many legends from the past who are yet to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. Vince Russo was influential and notorious in his own way, and he was not even named for that honor. If they asked him, Rousseau would refuse.

while talking to my house podcast, Vince Russo was asked about a possible arrival to the WWE Hall of Fame. He said it would be an invitation he would decline. Then he went into more detail.

Russo also admitted that WWE would not ask him to be in the Hall of Fame in a million years, but his answer would still be “no.” Pro wrestling was “just a job” for him and he never lived the business that is in the WWE Hall of Fame.

“Number one, I don’t think they’ll ever reach me in a million years. It’s number one, ’cause I’m very clear about how I feel about the company and the product and some of the people out there So that’s number one, they’ll never come to call. Number two, I wouldn’t be interested at all, I’d say, ‘Thanks but no thanks.’ I don’t need my life to be validated by Vince McMahon to be considered worthy. I need to be validated by my wife, by my father, by my kids, by my friends. This is what I need validation from , not Vince McMahon. I’m happy for people like Bischoff, people like Cornett, people like Pritchard. They live the wrestling business, they eat, drink, sh*t, you name it. But wrestling, it’s for me There was a job. I wasn’t this terrible trace of wrestling that made me dream. Today I hate wrestling. I hate talking about wrestling. I only watch RAW shows because I have to pay to watch RAW See you.”

Vince Russo is doing his job now, but he is still commenting on WWE. He may not “survive” the pro wrestling business, but he still keeps an eye on things enough to keep up with his podcasts.

You never know who will make it to the WWE Hall of Fame each year. It’s a mystery decided by Vince McMahon’s chosen selections. Don’t expect to see Vince Russo during that glorious night, as if there was any chance of that happening in the first place.
