Defeating a UFC fight card on a battle day has become almost commonplace, and that hasn’t changed today.
Miles Jones and Anderson dos Santos fought in two weight classes UFC Vegas 31 line up a few hours before the start of the first card. Jones shared the news on social media before UFC officials tested one of dos Santos ’campers and did not confirm that it had a positive effect on COVID-19.
Jones (11-1) defeated Kevin Natividad for his first finish in the UFC. Dos Santos (21-8) handed over Martin Day in November last year to end a two-fight losing streak. Now both will have to wait a little longer for their 2021 debut.
