Mackenzie Dern injured her right finger during a fight with Marina Rodriguez at UFC Vegas 39 on Saturday night, resulting in a six-month medical disqualification from the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC).

In order not to be left out for a long time, Dern must undergo an X-ray examination of the injured appendix and obtain permission from an orthopedic surgeon before returning to the octagon. Also, Randy Brown, who suffered a thumb and knee injury in his fight against Jared Gooden, will be sacked for a long time.

Mackenzie Dern (right finger): There should be an x-ray of the right thumb. If the result is positive, permission must be obtained from an orthopedist or the competition must not be held until April 8, 2022. Minimum suspension / no contest until November 9 and no contact until October 31.

Randy Brown (right thumb, left knee): There should be an X-ray of the right thumb and an MRI of the left knee. If the result is positive, permission must be obtained from an orthopedist or the competition must not be held until April 8, 2022. Minimum suspension / no competition until November 9 and no contact until October 31.

Matey Nikolay: Suspended until November 9 and no contact until October 31

Tim Elliot: Suspended until October 31 and not in contact until October 24

Maria Agapova (nasal bones): There should be an x-ray of the nasal bones. If the result is positive, an ear, nose and throat (ENT) doctor’s prescription is required or the selection will not take place until April 8, 2022. Will not be in touch until November 9th.

Sabina Mazo: Suspended until November 9 and no contact until October 31

Chris Gutierrez: Suspended until October 31 and not in contact until October 24

Felipe Kolares (left elbow): There should be an x-ray of the left elbow. If the result is positive, permission must be obtained from an orthopedic doctor or the competition must not be held until April 8, 2022. Minimum suspension / no contest until November 24 and no contact until November 9.

Alexander Romanov (left finger): There should be an x-ray of the left middle finger. If the result is positive, permission must be obtained from an orthopedist or the competition must not be held until April 8, 2022. Minimum suspension / no contest until November 9 and no contact until October 31.

Jared Vanderaa (facial injuries): Facial injuries near the left eye and nose should be cleared by a physician or the race should not be held until November 24th. Will not be in touch until November 9th.

Damon Jackson (right ankle): There should be an x-ray of the right ankle. If the result is positive, permission must be obtained from an orthopedist or the competition must not be held until April 8, 2022. Minimum suspension / no contest until December 9 and no contact until November 24.

Charles Rosa (thumb left): There should be an x-ray of the left thumb. If the result is positive, permission must be obtained from an orthopedist or the competition must not be held until April 8, 2022. Minimum suspension / no contest until November 9 and no contact until October 31.

Silvana Juarez (left elbow): There should be an x-ray of the left elbow. If the result is positive, permission must be obtained from an orthopedist or the competition must not be held until April 8, 2022. Minimum suspension / no contest until November 9 and no contact until October 31.

Steve Garcia: Suspended until November 24 and not in contact until November 9

Charlies Ontiveros (right wrist, left temporal bone): Permission from an orthopedist-physician for distal medial humerus segments in the right wrist. OMF, ENT or ophthalmologist’s permission is required for fracture of the left zygoma and squamous part of the left temporal bone joint, or competitions will not be held until April 8, 2022. 9
