The Texas father reportedly shot the 10-year-old girl three times for touching himself while looking out the window.
Fox 26 Houston Jorge Ramos, 44, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and indecent exposure to a child. The report said the suspect was still in hospital after the June 28 incident in Harris County Northwest.
The report quoted court documents as saying that the man had warned her about the rent after the girl allegedly knocked on her window while touching her. His unspecified rent took the weapons and confronted the suspect, the report said.
Deputies said the girl’s mother was holding the man near the gas station with a gun because her father wanted to tell the secretary to call 911. He managed to disarm the woman and aimed his rifle at her. But soon her husband ran outside the gas station and shot the suspect, fearing he would shoot his wife.
