It’s almost spontaneous that UFC fighters are intimidating. Dedicating much of his life to the high skill of beating people does this. Needless to say, there are some fighters out there who are more ruthless than others.
There are many reasons why a warrior can be particularly intimidating. Everything from elite-level wrestling skills to one-time knockout power can send rivals running uphill.
At other times, the intimidating factor has as much psychological significance as physical. Some fighters have focus and intensity that make others uncomfortable.
In this list, we take a look at five past and present fighters in the UFC that no one wants to fight:
# 5. Glover Teixeira, a UFC lightweight veteran
Jan Blahovic’s next contender first came to the UFC in 2012. He came with the reputation of a killer because he had 15 wins before his debut. Most of these victories were achieved through a brutal finish, including 13 TKO / KO victories. Teixeira is widely known as the man who has not lost a single fight since 2005 and finally defeated John Jones.
Teixeira won the UFC 5-0, including defeating Kyle Kingsbury and James Te-Huna, as well as TKO in Round 1 against Ryan Bader. Unfortunately, for Teixeira, he failed to fulfill the prophecy of ending John Jones’s reign. The Bones won the UFC 172 unanimously against the Kajukenbo specialist.
Over the years, Teixeira has become a celebrity in the lightweight category. He currently holds the record for most wins and most finishes in the UFC welterweight division.
