During a show in Brooklyn this week. Vaxahatchee (aka Katie Crutchfield) was invited Snail mail (aka Lindsey Jordan) to get a song for her and her support group Sheryl Crowe1993 hit “Strong Enough.”

The track was performed elsewhere on Tuesday, October 12, as part of a three-part song that concludes the Vaxaxatchee show. This is one of the three covers in the collection, and its performances are also included Dolly PartonBonnie Down’s “Clear Blue Morning Lights” and “Long Wave.”

The collection includes a total of 23 songs, including 11 tracks titled Waxahatchee from Craxfield’s fifth album, “Dear cloud”. He and his band are currently on a tour of the U.S. to support the record that hit the shelves in March last year.

“Strong Enough” was originally released in August 1993 as part of Crowning’s “Tuesday Night Music Club” debut album.

The cover of the Crutchfield song comes as a collection of recent tributes. In April, he made his way Dolly Parton, Bruce Springstin and Lucinda Williamsand merged in May Whitney to get John Acesparks’s “Take Me Home, Country Roads”.

Jordan is set to release their second album, titled “Valentine,” on Snail Mail via Matador on November 5th. So far the album has come in the form of singles its title and “Ben Franklin”.

Speaking for last week’s cover storyJordan said he would show his “sincere version” to Valentine’s fans, acknowledging that it was “sometimes hard to give up”.

The songwriter: “People are already like‘ Yeah, it’s me ’or‘ No, it’s about my divorce. ’I like people to bring their own context, but it’s so weird to act.

“I’m so grateful to be able to connect with people and help them in some way, and that’s always been the ground for me. I don’t know how it’s going to happen, but it’s going to happen.”
