Sami Zayn’s WWE contract expires at the end of last winter. Sami’s good friend Kevin Owens surprised the wrestling world when he signed a big deal to stay with WWE. Fans wondered when they would hear any news about Zayn.
On Thursday night, Zayn spoke on Twitter about his decision to continue with WWE. Zane has reportedly signed a new multi-year deal with WWE Warrior selection.
Staying around and having fun is Sami Zayn’s way.
While there is no word on the exact duration of the deal, it could be a three-year deal that many other stars, including Zane’s good friend Kevin Owens, re-signed for last month. Zayn’s last WWE contract was due to expire at the end of 2021, so there were talks that he would sign a new contract in December.
Zane promised to “take Johnny Knoxville out of Jekass” out of Jackass with his shopping cart at SmackDown last Friday. Intercontinental champion Shinsuke Nakamura equalized Zeyn with Kinshasa and Rick Bugs dropped Zeyn to the ring-mounted collision pads for shopping carts.
Zayn and Knoxville have been confirmed to take part in the upcoming 30-man Royal Rumble game. Zayn is also the number one contender for the Nakamura championship. Check out Sami Zayn’s tweet below.
