RAYE Farewell to Polydor Records earlier this year, soon claimed to have refused to make his debut Despite signing a four-album deal in 2014.

“I’ve been on 4 RECORD ALBUM RECORDS since 2014 !!! And I wasn’t allowed to release a single album,” he wrote on Twitter at the time. I was tired of sleeping and upset by the pain, which is not personal to me.

He added: “I did everything I asked, I changed genres, I worked 7 days a week, I ask everyone at a music show. I ended up being a polite pop star. I have my own album now. I want to do it, please, that’s what I want. “

RAYE said in a post declaring his independence: “Polydor is a great team of infrastructural forces, unfortunately we have had different goals artistically and I am grateful to me for coming out so well to start my next chapter as an artist.”
