White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki said Wednesday that President Biden, who has spent more than a quarter of his working day at one of his homes in Delaware, thinks he needs to stop working more.

Biden has not answered reporters’ questions since Friday. On Monday, he told a reporter who asked about CDC policy at a time when COVID-19 cases were on the rise, “I’ll talk about it later.”
