The best way to buy a home is to actually get a home.
This is especially true of a single mother in Florida who was persecuted by fraudsters and lost her dream home.
Tricia Verlino fraudulently stole $ 63,000, which she saved in exchange for money for her house and daughters.
Fortunately, with the help of a local commission, Verlino recovered his money moderately and officially closed the house. Verlino also received support from his family and received more than $ 30,000 in crowdfunding from strangers and community members. He used the charitable funds to get his family back, he said.
Verlino told Acesparks on Monday that he was “very grateful” for all those who spoke.
Kevin Tacher, owner of Independence Title Insurance Company, was able to help him close his home this week after Verlino was targeted by fraudsters.
As Acesparks previously reported, everything seemed to be going well on sale until Verlino received an email.

The email was counterfeit and two of Verlino’s items, totaling $ 63,000, were seized. During this time, Verlino told Acesparks that “this is the worst thing you can experience.”
Verlino said he reported the incident to police and was able to recover about $ 30,000 by the time the money transfer was completed. However, about half of his pool was lost. Worse, Verlino had already moved into his new property and he had to move.
Now Verlino and his daughters are officially calling their home home.

Tacher told Acesparks: “On Friday, July 2, 2021, the birthday of Tricia’s deceased father, we successfully closed her new home. It’s a great feeling to see a team of industry professionals come together for great good. ‘she is.”
He said he and his team “fought day and night” to ensure that Verlino and his children stayed at home.
“On Saturday, we visited City Furniture, where they were very kind to equip a children’s dormitory,” Tacher said. “So the stars came together. With Acesparks, we made a terrible nightmare a dream.”
Verlino told Acesparks that when he moved into the house, he worked there over the weekend and installed new shelves in his closet.
