Ahead of the UFC Vegas 46 fight card, Giga Chikadze has voiced his opinion that Chan Sung Jung aka “Korean zombie” will play against UFC lightweight champion Alexander Volkanovsky instead of the injured Max Holloway. After Chikadze lost to Calvin Kattatar on Saturday, Jung Chikadze gave his opinion on Chikadze’s game.

The trilogy fight between Volkanovsky and Holloway was announced on January 5th. Two days later, the UFC canceled the fight following news of a Halloween injury.

When it was announced that he would replace Jung Holloway, Chikadze criticized Volkanovsky for condemning the champion for agreeing to fight.

Chikadze: “I know he is trying to do the brave task easily MMA fight. “Maybe ‘Korean zombies’ are not disrespectful – [in the] Top 10, all hard, but I believe I last beat one of the strongest guys in the division [Edson Barboza], and now the easiest of these guys for me is “Korean zombie”.

“That’s how I see the champion trying to get involved in this fight. Because he wants to take the easy way out. ”

Volkanovsky rejected Chikadze’s opinion, saying he was fighting for “5th place” in the UFC Vegas 46 tournament.

Chikadze did not like it.

“This guy doesn’t even know what he’s talking about,” Chikadze said. “If you answer me like that, it’s disrespectful,” he said. Do you know what respect is? I want everyone to remember, no matter what I deserve. I have a winning streak of seven fights, and I’m having my eighth fight. Oh, I deserve this blow for a long time.

“I’m not an ordinary guy. I’ve come a long, long, long way [martial arts] background. I did not take this as a respectful answer to me. My time is coming and coming. They can’t escape me. “

This winning streak ended abruptly when Saturday dominated the big fight and won unanimously. According to the judges, Chikadze failed to win in any of the five rounds.

Jung offered his views on the fight on Twitter via an emoji.

Chikadze did not appreciate Jung’s views. She let him know how she felt in her Instagram stories.

Giga Chikadze

Thanks to my true supporters! I love you all and I owe you [speedy] come back [There’s a] There are a lot of fake people around, but that’s fine.

“Also, let the Korean zombies hit you! Rejoice in the loss of someone, you are cheap f * ck ».

Volkanovsky, who is ranked 4th in the UFC official rankings, and Yung will clash in UFC 273, scheduled for April 9, 2022.
