CODY, Vyo. – Kanye West, a rapper, music producer and clothing entrepreneur, has put his farm and business in northwestern Wyoming up for sale.
West Ranch, formerly known as Monster Lake Ranch, hit the market on Monday for $ 11 million. The property is located 6 square miles in the open and along tree-lined hills and 6 miles south of Cody.
According to the DBW Realty list, the property has lakes, accommodation, a commercial kitchen, an equipment palace, a stable, coral reefs and a card track.
The list came just days after the West put up seven commercial properties in the Code for more than $ 3.2 million.
The ranch, which leases additional land owned by the U.S. government, was listed for $ 13.3 million before the West bought it in 2019, although it is unclear how much it paid for the property. Wyoming law does not provide for disclosure of the amount of real estate sales.
