John Sena has achieved a level of fame and success that goes beyond wrestling. Cena played the role of Peacemaker in the film Suicide Squad in the summer. The champion even took over as an extraordinary superhero in his HBO Max spinoff series. That was a long way from his Doctor of Thuganomics days at WWE.
Cena briefly revisited the trick in her Firefly Funhouse game at Wrestlemania 36. The terrifying Bray White created a hell of a scene of his entire career to send Cena to Hollywood. It was a great nostalgic moment for the WWE world.
John Sena recently gave an interview to Pardon My Take. There Cena was asked about the Thuganomics gimmick. No definite answer was given, but John did not fully judge the character’s return.

John Sena’s “Creator of Peace” recently debuted on HBO Max. The DC Comics hero has a lot going for him Similarities to Cena’s brave early character. WWE fans who were nostalgic for that era of wrestling would like to see the gimmick return.
