Venture capitalist Stuart Peterson – founder and senior partner of Artis Ventures and YouTube’s first investor – and his wife, Gina, sold their Tribeca condo at $ 443 in Greenwich, according to property records, for $ 16.5 million.
The four-bedroom, 4½ bathroom is 3,950 square feet and is decorated in an industrially elegant style by San Francisco-based designer Douglas Durkin.
The former bookbinding factory, built in 1882, was famous. Former and current residents include Justin Timberlake and Jessica Bill, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, Harry Styles, The Weeknd, Meg Ryan, Jake Gyllenhaal and Lewis Hamilton.
The house opens with an open locked elevator leading to an open living, dining and entertainment area and an open kitchen.
The amenities of the building include a gym, a 75-foot swimming pool, a children’s playroom, a Turkish bathroom, a wine cellar and a 5,000-square-foot rooftop terrace.
Listing brokers, Sotheby’s Juliette R. Janssens and Allison B. Koffman, as well as Douglas Elliman’s Ellis Bachman, Fredrik Eklund and John Gomez, repeated the buyer.
It was not possible to obtain comment from Peterson. However, we have heard that they are moving to West Village on 278 W 11th Street, which is on the list of Dolly Lenz brokers, and now the long-term repairs, which require millions of dollars, have been completed.
According to property records, the Petersons bought a 25-foot, four-bedroom single-family home in 2016 for $ 27.5 million.
