Mark Wahlberg finally sells mansion after massive $32M price cut

Mark Wahlberg has finally sold his sprawling Beverly Hills mansion after a massive price cut of $32 million. The actor and producer originally listed the property for $60 million back in 2017, but he was unable to find a buyer at that price. After several price reductions, the 10-acre estate was finally sold for $28 million.

The Mediterranean-style villa is located in the exclusive Beverly Park neighborhood and features 10 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a two-story library, a home theater, and a wine cellar. The grounds of the estate are equally impressive and include a pool, a tennis court, and a large motor court.

Wahlberg purchased the property in 2014 for $17.5 million and spent several years renovating it to his liking. He also added some of his own personal touches to the home, such as a massive gym and a basketball court. The actor reportedly used the estate as a filming location for his HBO show “Entourage” and also hosted several star-studded events at the property.

The new owners of the estate are not yet known, but whoever they are, they are getting an incredible deal. Wahlberg’s mansion is one of the most luxurious properties in Beverly Hills and the $32 million price cut is sure to make it even more attractive to potential buyers.

The sale of Wahlberg’s mansion is yet another example of the luxury real estate market in Beverly Hills cooling off. Property prices in the area have been steadily declining due to the increasing number of high-end homes on the market. It remains to be seen if Wahlberg’s massive price cut will be enough to entice buyers in the current market.
