It is with great sadness that we report the death of Cody Longo, an actor best known for his role on the soap opera Days of Our Lives. Longo was just 34 years old at the time of his death.
Longo was born in 1986 in California, and began his acting career in 2007 with a role in the film Bratz: The Movie. He went on to appear in several other films, including Bring It On: Fight to the Finish and Piranha 3D.
In 2015, Longo was cast in the role of Nick Fallon on the soap opera Days of Our Lives. He appeared in the show for two years, until 2017.
Longo’s death was announced by his family on social media. They did not provide any details about the cause of death, but asked for privacy during this difficult time.
Longo’s death has been met with an outpouring of grief from fans of Days of Our Lives, as well as from his fellow actors. His co-star, Kassie DePaiva, wrote on Twitter, “My heart is broken. I am so sorry for your loss. Cody was a beautiful soul and a wonderful actor. He will be deeply missed.”
