The organizers Iceland air waves announced a live broadcast festival instead of this year’s main event

The one-day “Live from Reykjavik” global event will take place on November 6th. After Iceland Airwaves moved to November 2022 due to coronavirus pandemic.

This is it the second year of the live broadcast was also postponed after last year’s Airwaves event.

These artists and many others perform at venues such as Igno, Gamla Bio, Gaukurinn and Frikirkjan, which belong to Iceland Airwaves.

The stream will open on Saturday, November 6 at 20:00 GMT (21:00 BST time) and will remain open 24 hours from that time.

Tickets go on sale next Wednesday (October 20), while pre-sales of Icelandic Airwaves mailings are available on Tuesday (October 19).
