Before he made his UFC debut, became an actor, and even made his way to stand comedy, Joe Rogan was involved in martial arts. He has been involved in taekwondo since childhood, he has even participated in several amateur fights in kickboxing and won the U.S. Open Taekwondo Championship as a teenager.

So while he may be famous for his work behind the mic today – as a podcast presenter, comedian and commentator – he still has some great moves to show off. In a video recently uploaded to his Instagram account, Rogan made several high-powered rotation shots.

Rogan is reportedly set to return to UFC commentary duties in 2022, for his first PPV event on January 22 in Anaheim, California. There, Francis Ngannou will defend his heavyweight title against interim champion Cyril Gaine in the main fight of the night. The main bout is expected to feature a lightweight championship trilogy between champion Brandon Moreno and former division king Davson Figueredo.
