Sean O’Malley explained why Chris Moutino was able to cover a huge amount of damage during his UFC 264 fight. According to O’Malley, Moutinho probably didn’t lose weight for the fight.

O’Malley speculated that this meant that Moutino would not be expending his brain power by reducing excess weight. “Suga” is why Moutinho was able to withstand strong blows in his UFC 264 fight.

On episode 21 of the BrO’Malley Show on Sean O’Malley’s YouTube channel, O’Malley and his brother Daniel OMalley chatted on a number of topics.

As Chris pushed forward no matter how many times he hit Moutinho, Sean O’Malley said:

“Friend, I think, because he’s not a huge guy; I don’t think he put so much weight on the place where he was able to get more of those shots. Just like Eddie (Wineland) and Thomas (Almeida) may have lost weight. They are older guys. But maybe he wasn’t … He didn’t seem big, just as he seemed smaller than Almeida. I don’t think he shed that much energy in his brain. So you get two of those shots.

“And some people are that stupid. They just shoot. Some people just take f ** king shots. Cardio was good too … I know. People say, “You’re a f ** k. You’re tired.” It’s like, my friend, I’ve broken records, man, ”Sean O’Malley said.
