Many fans will agree that the WWE product has dropped significantly in terms of quality. There are a lot of flaws in the existing product, including 50/50 bandwidth, nowhere to go fights, team breakups for no reason, and story lines that don’t make sense. Fan indifference is evident in the decline of the Monday Night RAW rating over the past few years.

This is just the beginning, as fans are also tired of being called up to the main roster of NXT talents. Former WWE superstars Carrion Cross and Kate Lee are among the many flaws in the WWE record.

The company is definitely not famous for its long stories because fans are tired of just acting like idiots. Still, even former WWE superstars are tired of how WWE writes their stories.

Speaking Sessions with Rene Paquette, former WWE writer Kazeem Famuyide said he was fired from the company in 2019. Famuyide tore the company apart for his ungrateful and tired work.

“I was fired. So, to be fair, I think I did a very good job on the creative side of combining ideas and combining things. But WWE, especially on the inside and on the executive side, has some things, some insights, and I couldn’t catch up as quickly as I thought they would want to capture me in order to be completely transparent. Some talents, they threw you on the road. Usually every writer I spoke to when I was there thought, “Oh, I played a little home team.”

The host team is basically where you’re writing a show from Stamford, giving ideas, being in the big office every day, and just being at the creative center. The guests are on a trip. You’re like a road producer and you’re always with talent. I was immediately dropped off. I was hired on Wednesday and then on Money in Bank Sunday. So it was thrown at me very quickly. And I understand what they were trying to do, it was definitely a test of fire there. And I think I succeeded at certain points.

I also started to get tired and they could see it in me. It’s a boring, arduous, ungrateful job. This is a great thank you. And there I had so many other options. I mean, on my eleventh month, on the eve of the one-year anniversary of being there, I was kicked out of the team that was on the trip and I was on the home team like last month. So I thought, “There’s a sign on the wall, let’s see what’s more there.” And then, low and lo and behold, three weeks later, they thought, “It really doesn’t work.” But we still love you and maybe something will happen later.

Being part of the WWE creative team is definitely not for everyone in appearance. Whatever it is, WWE’s way of creating story lines is unlikely to change anytime soon.
