Eddie Kingston made his AEW debut back in July of 2020, where he faced off against Cody Rhodes for the TNT Championship. While he was unsuccessful in the match, Kingston impressed many and signed with the company. Kingston would also stab CM Punk with a fork.

Kingston quickly cemented himself as one of the best talkers in AEW as his promos are known to be from the heart and very natural. He is also very passionate when it comes to the pro wrestling world.

Last year, AEW built up the feud between Eddie Kingston and CM Punk. The feud further intensified after the scathing back and forth between CM Punk and Eddie Kingston on an episode of Rampage. It culminated in a bloody war between the two at AEW Full Gear, which saw CM Punk pick up the win in the end.

While speaking to Fightful, Eddie Kingston was asked who would order the least disgusting salad if he had lunch with Cesaro or CM Punk. Kingston simply said that he would stab both Cesaro and Punk with a fork.

“I wouldn’t go out with them. If I had to, whatever salad they got— they’d probably get a Greek salad, who knows what they would get? —But I would just wind up trying to stab them with a fork. [Even with a plastic fork]. That can still get you, if you get it in the eye. I do find a way to make a weapon. ”

Eddie Kingston is currently feuding with Chris Jericho and the rest of the Jericho Appreciation Society. Their feud has been building for a while now and fans are certainly invested in it. We’ll have to see how their feud culminates.
