The Rock’s upcoming Jungle Cruise film was hit by the pandemic and the release date was pushed a couple of times. Fans are finally about to see the latest incarnation of the cinematic version for the classic Disney World ride.
The film will release on Disney+ and in theaters on July 30. The Rock and Emily Blunt light up the screen in this Disney comedy action adventure. There are now two new trailers to help get fans excited. One of them is especially for the fans of Dwayne Johnson.
A month before the film’s big fall, Disney pulled out two trailers to show off the different perspectives of the characters from The Rock and Emily Blunt. These trailers are different, but they also share the same story. We’ll have to see how fans react to the final release, but these trailers give a good guideline about what to expect.
Set in the early 20th century, the plot follows a riverboard captain named Frank, played by The Rock. He enlists British scientists, Dr. Lily Houghton, Emily Blunt, and his brother McGregor Houghton, Jack Whitehall, to accompany him on an adventure they will not soon forget.
Edgar Ramirez, Jesse Plemons, and Paul Giamatti also co-star in this upcoming film. It looks bold enough and now fans will have even more action to help get them excited for this upcoming addition to the Disney catalog.
