Conan Gray shared a clip for his new single, “Watching People,” in which he escaped jealousy as an unhappy cafe waiter on a work day.
Gray released the track lyric video on Thursday (July 15), he described it in a press release as a castle of loneliness.
“‘ People watching ’is for all my lonely people, they know what it’s like to fall in love deeply,” she said.
“I’ve never met anyone in my entire life, so I’ve spent so many years of my life watching cafes sitting in cafes and whispering sweet things to each other. I can’t help but wonder what it should be like to feel that way.
“I don’t think there’s anything they love more than watching them exist in their little world that no one else has. The lyrics to the song are something I’ve listened to since I spent time watching it in college in a cafe. Studying them with their lives allows me to live in a vicarious way through them. ”

“Watching People” is the third installment of Gray’s new post-singles material for 2021 “Overdrive” in February and ‘Astronomy’ in May. He is also associated with Lauv for the trek “Fake” last October, half a year after his release debut album “Kid Krow”.
Speaking After “Overdrive” is released, Gray said it could probably be “everywhere,” noting that “Kid Crow” has a sequel.
“As any music listener, like any human being, I experience tremendous emotions,” he explained.
“Of course, I can’t always look up or down. Some days I am so happy and want to sing about imagining an alternative reality where I can find a stranger with me and move to another country with them. Other days I can barely leave my bed. The album will be like “Kid Crow”.
Back in April, Associated with Gray Taylor Swift and Olivia rodrigo promoting the previous “Fearless” reduction. In June, he added talk about his memorable beginnings – from the first nervousness on stage to the first artist he fell in love with.
