Becky Lynch returned to action after returning to the field after more than a year at WWE SummerSlam last year. She defeated Bianca Belair in the SmackDown Women’s Championship and then became the RAW Women’s Champion. Apparently, he was reacting to William Regal’s recent exit from WWE.

The company decided this week to lay off a large number of employees after NXT’s New Year’s Eve. This includes names like William Regal, who surprised many.

William Regal served as CEO of NXT from 2014 until his release this year. However, he has been a great help to many wrestlers over the years in improving their skills.

Becky Lynch took to Twitter to comment on William Regal’s release from the company, as Lynch said he was forever grateful to William Regal for all he did for her.

I am eternally grateful that Regal gave me a chance when I had nothing. I owe him a lot.

We have to wait and see what awaits Becky Lynch, as WWE has big plans for Becky Lynch during this year’s WrestleMania payout.
