The 38-year-old Gucci House star couldn’t wait to shed her aviator glasses at the end of the film at Lady Gaga Gateway.
The driver, who played Maurizio Gucci, said the role was the hardest for him – and at the end of the day, the character was too much.
“I don’t live in the same world as Maurizio Gucci,” he said on his W Magazine profile. “It was interesting to think about how he took and left valuables, that he was the most elegant person. But after being a Gucci for 14 hours a day, I was ready for it to end.
The former Marine never likes to see himself in movies and doesn’t behave at all when the cameras stop moving.
“I’ll leave work right away,” he told the mag. I haven’t been to a wrapping party since Girls. I just want to take the character out of my system and go home. ”
Plus, he doesn’t want to stay in the fans ’view. The driver said he regretted visiting Comic-Con to promote Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
“No, no,” he replied when asked if he would go again. “I didn’t know the rules of Comic-Con.”
He continued, “I went into the hotel at two in the morning … and I thought, ‘Maybe I’ll go and have coffee tomorrow.’ And they say, “No, you can’t have coffee.” I think, “Well, I’ll get coffee from the hotel.” They said, “No, you can’t have coffee in a hotel.” ”
If the Driver wanted to leave the room, he had to cover his face to be invisible.
“They say,‘ If you want to go out on the street, wear a mask so no one knows who you are, ’” he recalls.
